Classes include warm-up, strength exercises, pole tricks, and a cool down. It's a comprehensive workout enhancing fitness, tone, strength, endurance, and flexibility. The practice improves coordination, balance, and builds confidence in a supportive community. Suitable for complete beginners.

Cancellation Policy

● Cancellations:Cancellations made at least 2 hours prior to the class start time will receive a credit towards another class. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the class start time will forfeit the class credit. ● No-Shows: No-shows will be charged the full class credit. ● Passes and Packages: If you have a class pass or package, please redeem it during the month it was purchased. Unused class credits will not be refunded or rolled over to the next month. ● Make-up Classes: Missed classes may be eligible for a make-up class. We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to accommodate you.
